Customer service is very good, they give me the tracking number and inquiry mode. When I received it, it reminded me to pick up the package so as not to lose it. They are really responsible!

A****06 Nov. 2020 10:20The hair is super nice and the shedding is very minimal! I do have a bump in the wig which makes it look a bit more wiggy but I’ll see if I can flatten it out with heat or something. But yess I love it and wanna buy more wigs too.

H******24 Sep. 2020 10:47Ordered the medium cap 13x4 one and it arrived very quickly (only a week later). The seller kept contact with me the whole way through and was very pleasant. The quality of the hair is nice, however I have a big head so next time I'll get the large cap so it can properly fit over my hairline. I ordered medium colored lace (as my complexion is medium brown) but it was still to light. Knots weren't bleached, but it's nothing a little makeup cant fix. Can't wait to order from them again!
