Customer service is very good, they give me the tracking number and inquiry mode. When I received it, it reminded me to pick up the package so as not to lose it. They are really responsible!

L****15 Jan. 2021 14:48Love the hair. It took 1 week and two days for it to arrive however it’s acceptable as it is towards the new year and epidemic period. It came pre plucked however I further bleached and plucked the hair to my liking. The hair is very very very full at 250 density and I was amazed !
At the same time, excellent customer services were provided, they reply me very timely, and help me solve all my problem.

T***06 Dec. 2020 17:54Note I have not installed this hair yet, but it is AMAZING. It is exactly as described and exactly how the other reviewers photos show. The ends are thick as well which I personally was pleasantly surprised that they were. Customer service and shipping was great as well. It took about 6 days to get to me from date of purchase.

s******25 Nov. 2020 15:52Really great hair. Definitely ordering again. It came so fast for where I live, about five days. True to length and very full for 180% density. The hair is super soft and light. There was no smell and minimal shedding after I co washed it. I bleached the knots and the hair is still strong. It melts into the skin very well also. The seller is lovely too.
