C***23 Apr. 2021 08:09The wig is sooooooo pretty, I haven’t installed yet but once I got the tracking number it was here in no time and they are very responsive to emails. It does have a odor out the box but that’s normal but it’s really soft, not much shedding at all which is a plus for me. I love it will be shopping again

The install took less than 10 minutes. I love the texture of the hair, and it does not have a weird smell from unboxing. It's really beautiful after wearing it! ! ! I am very satisfied.
Customer service is also very good, I completely understand the time difference, the customer service answered me kindly and promptly and I haven’t noticed any delay!
Shipping was very fast, after the customer service confirmed the address information, they shipped my parcel, and told me the tracking method and tracking number, it's very nice!!! And i received it before my birthday, I’m very happy with it! I got a lot of compliments, but they didn’’t see that it was a wig. This shows how good the quality of this wig!!!

A****12 Feb. 2021 11:18The hair came pre style and ready to wear! The hair is super soft and curly. You don't have to pluck the hairline because it's so natural! Perfect wig. It's so silky and there is no shedding, smell or tangles. It's very easy to install, it didn't take long to put them on. Made with such good quality, it's 100% virgin human hair, and this wig came pre-plucked which was VERY helpful. And This color is very beautiful in the sun!!!
The delivery is a little slow, I can totally understand, because it's Chinese New Year. But they responded to my email in time. After the holiday, they arranged the shipment and gave me the tracking number, it's very nice!!! I appreciate it!!!
I think it was worth every penny I spent!! I recommend everyone buy there hair from this company. ! They also have good costumer service and good quality hair!

The seller was very nice and professional and was always keeping me updated with my order and checking on me! Very great communication. Will def be ordering from them again ! The hair is super soft and it comes pre plucked !

I love your guys business so much, it’s really amazing. When i open the box, minimal sheding. after wash it, the hair better. It's soft.

P****09 Jan. 2021 12:23Hair was very soft. True to length The body waves stayed well after washed the hair stayed extremely soft. A small odor upon arrival but nothing major. It washed right out. Overall, really good hair. I'll probably go longer next time. I purchased the 14 inch unit. Customer service is very good. They can always answer your questions within 24 hours.
