I watched the whole video carefully, but I think sometimes if there is problem with the hair, to solve the problem soon, seller and buyer need to understand each other, I finally still want top try the hair,
OMG I love the hair, it's crazy soft and true to length. Hair is beautiful and it doesn't smell to bad. It's actually came within a few days, a week max which was great and communication was spot on. I haven't installed it yet but will upload picture once it's done.
