She said the bundles are so soft, very LITTLE shedding, the curls are GORGEOUS, the bundles are more than enough and she loves a lot of hair on her head. She has also gotten so many compliments since the very moment our stylist installed it. My stylist loves the quality of the hair and the closure and she stated it's going to last her a long time. My mom will definitely be making a unit out of this. The customer service was also excellent. She answered every question, concern and assured that I'd receive my hair in time of my event and it did.
