The customer service is good!!! They communicated with me from the time I placed my order until I received it. They help me change the size to large, I was worried that I couldn't change it, After they saw my request, they helped me change it and arranged to send it out as soon as possible

When this product arrived, it was in this beautiful wig cap. The hair was STUNNING! I was afraid to do my normal routine of customizing it because I was so in love! The construction of the wig is very good, Very easy to install, I followed the video to learn, it took ten minutes to wear it. The quality is very good!!! It’s Very soft & true to length. It just like silk!!! It is Sooooo natural and the lace is actually perfect for me! The baby hair is very cute and natural.

R******13 Nov. 2020 19:44This hair is very soft and does not tangle or shed. It holds curls very well. I've had it in for about a month, & it still looks great. Usually the 2 week mark is the moment of truth for me to see if hair is of good quality. If you take care of it, I could definitely see it lasting through multiple installs. Excellent quality for the money.

The deliver took about a week to London which is honestly not bad even though I did want it in time for my bday. Onto the hair— it is so nice. It’s beautiful and soft especially for the price.
