B***20 Feb. 2021 15:35so first off I want to say that the seller had great communication and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process took 4 days to get the hair which is good. second when I opened up the packing it was in this really cute green packaging. The hair is soft. that's the first thing I noticed when I took it out but overall the packaging is just bomb a lot of hair companies just use that same generic 100% virgin hair tag but they had tags on the hair with descriptions they had their own brand name on it , I'm very happy with my purchase. no shedding AT ALL. will buy again like right now lol
