I spoke to the people to make sure they send me the hair in time and they have been soo patience and nice to me. Custumer service is excellent!!! I have tried the hair on and brushed it... straightened and curled.... NO SHREDDING TILL NOW! very soft and true to length. It also took beaching and dyeing very well. I am absolutely impressed! -

I have to upload pics after I have it installed but fresh out the bag I immediately was in love. The hair is extremely soft and full, I tried it on and I love it plus it came with a wig cap. I washed it after trying on it’s currently air drying but the curls while wet look is awesome, and no shedding.

She will be doing it herself because of the quarantine and doesn't live near me so we will have to "Zoom" call the install, but she says the unit is beautiful. It arrived surprisingly quick despite the quarantine slowing down shipping from other businesses.
