Customer service replied promptly. Overall I was satisfied the wig was really big so I have no pictures to upload of it installed. It also has lace in the back!

I get complements on my hair everywhere I go. I did not experience any shedding so far after wearing this wig for a week now! Will definitely be ordering from this company again!
